Dr. Boyman is a board-certified OB-GYN who has had a lifelong passion for and commitment to plant-based nutrition. She practices in the Burlington, Vt., region. Dr. Boyman’s specialty and scope of practice is gynecology, and her areas of expertise include the medical and minimally invasive surgical management of gynecological problems such as abnormal periods, fibroids, and endometriosis. She emphasizes the role that diet and lifestyle play in these processes and often collaborates with naturopathic doctors and nutritionists to help optimize her patients’ health and well-being. She earned her undergraduate degree at Stanford University and later completed her medical school and residency training at the University of Vermont Medical School.
