Laura K. Eastep, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist in Austin, Texas. Plant-based herself, she is encouraging and supportive of a plant-based lifestyle throughout all stages of life--adolescence, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. She has completed the certificate program in plant-based nutrition with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in nutrition.
