Laura Rosenberg, MS, RDN, CDN, is a nutritionist, educator, certified health coach, and trained health-supportive chef. Her practice is located in Glen Cove, N.Y., and online. She has more than 30 years of experience in nutrition including clinical, education, and culinary nutrition. Laura earned her bachelor's in dietetics from the University of Maryland and her master’s in clinical nutrition from New York University, with a clinical residency at NYU Medical Center. She is trained in integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy and completed the chef training program at the Natural Gourmet Institute (NGI). She created the culinary nutrition certificate program focused on plant-based nutrition at NGI, now located at the Institute of Culinary Education. She applies health-supportive cooking expertise to translate evidence-based nutrition to the plate. Her practice offers nutrition counseling and cooking classes centered on plant-based and health-supportive nutrition education.
