I am a Registered Dietitian and the founder and owner of A Cut Above Nutrition LLC. I have been eating a vegan diet since 2003 and created A Cut Above Nutrition in 2012 after returning to school to pursue my passions of nutrition and exercise. I offer personalized nutrition counseling in person or through telehealth to individuals of all ages. I strongly believe that eating a variety of whole plant foods along with regular exercise and adequate sleep are the cornerstones of health and well-being and am passionate about helping others. I have been using the most current and proven evidence-based information to reach people on an individual, family, and community basis with a high degree of success.

My specialties include helping individuals lose weight and control and sometimes reverse chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, autoimmune disorders, and G.I. issues. I also specialize in improving sports performance through diet.
