As a private practice dietitian and dedicated, plant-powered mom of 4 healthy happy kids, I believe my mission in life is to optimize the health and wellness of each individual through the integration of nutrition with pure, safe, effective non-toxic products.

I hold a Masters in Sports Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and an undergraduate from the University of Dayton. I have owned my private practice for over 12 years and have experience in public health, weight management and bariatrics.

I am active in policy and advocacy, especially regarding health, wellness and dietetics. I am currently the House of Delegates representative of the Vegetarian Practice Group to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
