Madeline is a bilingual Registered/Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and plant-based expert born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. She completed her Master of Science in Dietetics with Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. She has a big passion for food and nutrition, which led her to a nutrition and dietetics career.

Madeline founded Planta Nutrition Rx, a Bilingual health and wellness practice born with the desire to educate about the incredible benefits of plant-based diets and to provide nutrition services to mindfully help patients achieve their nutritional goals. She also has a big passion for Lifestyle Medicine, and in her practice, she plans to support and guide every patient at any step of the way on a new lifestyle journey.

Madeline enjoys providing cooking demonstrations to teach simple ways to eat delicious meals full of nutrients. She aims to help the community, especially the Latin American population, prevent and manage diseases.
