Dr. Opoku is the founder of ProNatural Wellness Group. He is a medical doctor, as well as a naturopathic physician. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from River Plate Adventist University School of Medicine in Argentina and his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Toronto, Canada. He is thus uniquely qualified as a lifestyle medicine practitioner. He is licensed as an ND in the state of Connecticut and certified by the North American Board of Naturopathic Medical Examiners.

Dr. Opoku sees his patients as partners and works with them using evidence-based nutritional methods, as well as other integrative approaches to prevent, arrest, and reverse ill health by seeking and treating the root cause as much as possible. He is a big believer in wellness education, and he has lectured on university campuses and to various groups and congregations in different states here at home, as well as in Mexico, Argentina, and Canada.
