Michiko Tomioka, MBA, RDN, IFNCP, is a Japanese native integrative functional nutritionist. Her experiences include nutritional and education at a recovery center, long-term care, WIC, NYC public school, Foodbank for NYC. Focused in Japanese plant-based cooking and mindfulness eating. She currently conducting Yakuzen shyojin cooking, Japanese medicine foods vegan meals in longevity, publishing original recipes.
