Peg Haust-Arliss, LCSW-R, is a certified cognitive therapist, life coach, and holistic health coach. Her private practice is located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, where she offers in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals and groups. Peg believes that while psychotherapy is an important component to emotional health, one's state of physical health is also important to achieve and maintain optimal emotional wellness. For that reason, Peg studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and at the Vegan Health Institute so that she could offer her clients a holistic approach.
