Peggy Kraus is a clinical exercise physiologist and a certified diabetes care and education specialist. She is certified to teach plant-based nutrition.

Peggy treats people, not with medications and procedures, but with a low-fat, whole food, plant-based diet and regular exercise--a medically-proven approach to reverse type 2 diabetes. In 2014, Peggy created Erasing Diabetes, a type 2 diabetes reversal program based in Southampton, N.Y. She's now taken the program to the internet and can coach people anywhere in the world to get rid of type 2 diabetes once and for all. Peggy also teaches both community-based and virtual programs that teach adults the benefits of the plant-based lifestyle and how to implement it successfully.
