Sahba Farhad, MD, MPH, DipABLM, is an obstetrics and gynecology specialist who is also a certified diplomate of lifestyle medicine by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She is the founder of LifestyleMedicineDOCK and graduated from Tufts University Medical School in Massachusetts, United States, and received her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Temple University Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Farhad also has a Master of Public Health and is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Farhad was in private practice at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School before she moved to China in 2004.

She currently practices in an international private hospital located in Beijing, China. She incorporates her knowledge of lifestyle medicine into her daily interactions with her patients and their families.
