My name is Dr. Bodiford and I am a board certified family medicine physician treating patients of all age ranges, including pregnancy. While pharmaceuticals and supplements certainly have their role in managing chronic disease, I believe less is more when it comes to pills and prefer to treat conditions through dietary and lifestyle approaches. I work at a federally qualified health center in Imperial Beach. I did my medical school at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California - the "Mecca" for plant based living in the US. I continue to keep up my training in plant based approaches to medicine through several conferences throughout the year as well as by keeping up this lifestyle myself.
