I am a Naturopathic Doctor and I practice out of Ontario, Canada. I offer virtual care across Ontario and in person care in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area. My practice is primarily focused on digestive health, weight management and complex/chronic health concerns.

I have been a vegetarian for 21 years and I started eating a whole food plant based diet 10 years ago.

I'm in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and am a part of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
