My experience includes general nutrition guidance, pediatric growth concerns, picky eating, food allergies, introducing solid foods, gestational diabetes support, breastfeeding guidance, weight management, diabetes & pre-diabetes and heart health.

I have a Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition & Dietetics from Loma Linda University and completed my dietetic rotation at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside, CA.

When I'm not chatting about nutrition, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband & daughter, reading, cooking delicious vegan food, and painting.
