Center for Preventive Endocrinology and Nutrition is an outpatient consultative endocrine practice with strong focus on all aspects of evidence-based lifestyle medicine. Dr. Patel strives to work with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan using principles of endocrinology and lifestyle medicine to help achieve optimal health.

Dr. Patel is triple board-certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, and lifestyle medicine. He is also a Fellow of American College of Endocrinology (FACE) and diplomate of American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He has been following a whole food, plant-based lifestyle since 2014 and has helped his patients adopt healthier lifestyle changes to improve their health and reduce the need for medications.
