Susan Lavelle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in lifestyle medicine. Susan is also certified as a Food for Life instructor with the Physicians Committee since 2012 and teaches nutrition and cooking classes to the public in the Santa Cruz area. Susan currently has a private practice and partners with individuals to improve their diet and other lifestyle habits to treat and/or prevent chronic disease.
