Suzy Sorensen is a vegan registered dietitian and diabetes care and education specialist who is passionate about plant-based eating! She recognized a need in her community for accurate, individualized nutrition information for those choosing to eat plant-based. Opened in 2009, Move2Veg is an opportunity to support those who want to meet their nutritional needs through plant-based eating.

Suzy earned a certificate of training in vegetarian nutrition from the AND and served at the state and national levels for the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the AND and for the Plant-Based Community of Interest of the ADCES. She works with clients in person, as well as through virtual visits, and has worked with children and adults as a dietitian and diabetes educator for over 25 years.
