The “High-Tech Doctor with Low-Tech Solutions,” Dr. Barnett is an interventional radiologist and senior partner with Borg and Ide Imaging in Rochester, where he has practiced since 1986. He is dedicated to transforming the practice of medicine by focusing on lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition. Dr. Barnett is co-coordinator (with wife Carol) of the Rochester Area Vegan Society, founder and CEO of Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Group, and founding president and board chair of Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute. He developed a medically supervised 15-Day Whole-Food Plant-Based Jumpstart. Dr. Barnett is board-certified in diagnostic imaging, vascular and interventional radiology, and lifestyle medicine. He is a graduate of Yale University and Tufts University.
