I am owner of Simpatico Physical Therapy, Health and Wellness along with my wife Frieda (Tracy) McNeil. We provide holistic physical medicine, rehabilitation and wellness coaching to clients with a wide variety of impairments, limitations and lifestyle diseases. We are both CDC certified Diabetes Lifestyle Coaches specializing in the prevention and reversal of type 2 diabetes via dietary and exercise/activity education. I am a member of the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine and coach my clients in a vegan, healthy and cruelty free lifestyle. I am a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and have my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University 2002. I specialize in overcoming musculoskeletal pain and limitations as well as neurological impairments from stroke or Parkinson's disease. Our goal is to help as many clients as possible achieve a healthy, happy and independent lifestyle.
