The Food for Life Let's Beat Breast Cancer plant-based nutrition and cooking class series will honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month with classes taught in dozens of states across the country this fall.

Join me, Food for Life instructor- Darylin Berryman, for a FREE in person class: The Power of Food for Cancer Prevention and Survival. This class is an Introduction to How Foods Fight Cancer.

Seating is limited, please email or call me if you want to attend so there will be enough tastings for everyone! 

 

Class attendees will taste, Easy Bean Salad, Black Bean dip w/ baked tortilla chips, Veggies in a blanket and Sample Non- Dairy milks. 

 

Class description: Certain Diet patterns seem to have a major effect in helping people diagnosed with cancer to live longer healthier lives. The national Cancer Institute research shows that as much as 33% of cancer risk may be related to diet. In this class, you will learn about the right food choices that can help reduce the risk of developing cancer as well as prevent a recurrence.
