Foods and Breast Cancer Survival
Sunday, October 22, 2023 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Join me for an informative and engaging online event, Food for Breast Cancer Prevention and Survival Workshop. Discover the power of nutrition in reducing the risk of breast cancer and supporting those currently fighting the disease. Research has shown that more than one-third of all cancer deaths in the United States are due to poor diet, yet most are unaware of the connection. In this Let's Beat Breast Cancer workshop you will learn information about how certain food and nutrients work to promote or discourage growth of cancers of all types (including breast cancer), along with demonstrations of simple recipes that can be easily recreated at home. You will also learn how food is specifically relevant to breast cancer . These classes are intended for cancer survivors and people who are looking to prevent the disease. Each two hour class features a video, discussion and the opportunity to watch a plant based cooking demonstration.

This is a 2 class workshop.  You may sign up for each class individually as well.
