Over three virtual sessions, our instructors introduce you to evidence-based nutrition for healthy hearts, blood pressure, and sexual wellness. You’ll watch cooking demos and take away recipes that are simple and easy to prepare, to help you make day-to-day changes for a healthier and longer life.
 

In this class, the second of our series, you'll learn about blood pressure and everything you need to know to reduce and maintain it through whole food, plant-based nutrition. Hear our take on alternative meat products, and learn how to prepare a variety of dishes, including a tofu scramble burrito, a tasty broccoli salad with tofu mayo, and a delicious avocado chocolate mousse.
