Getting in Gear!

 The "Getting in Gear" class is based on the Physicians Committee's successful 21-Day Vegan Kickstart book class three in the series. This class is where the transformation continues. As you take steps to incorporate plant-based options and eliminate animal foods from our plate, you will most likely have questions. We will address your concerns and offer tips when eating at restaurants. 

This class features a cooking demonstration, handouts of easy and affordable recipes that you can prepare at home, an internal medicine & lifestyle physician led lecture and opportunity for discussion as you begin continue this exploration.
