Healthy Holidays Campaign—I will teach a single class from the Healthy Basics Curricula—The Power of Your Plate at Rede Postinho de Saúde. This Non-Profit organization provides health services to the women of the community of Cantagalo, Pavão e Pavãozinho, a favela town in the south part of Rio de Janeiro, in the neighborhood of Ipanema and Copacabana.
