Based on the Physicians Committee’s successful 21-Day Vegan Kickstart book, this class, The Power of Your Plate, will focus on getting ready to start a low-fat, plant-based diet. This class will feature a cooking demonstration, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home.
