Understanding Type 2 Diabetes and Weight Control

This classe series provides the knowledge, tools, and lifestyle strategies to help individuals reduce the risk of developing diabetes and to manage and even reverse diabetes.  Classes are intended for those with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or a family history or risk factors for developing diabetes.  Each class in the program features nutrition education and cooking demonstrations, and all participants leave with a selection of affordable and easy recipes to prepare at home.
