I am passionate about wholistic health and wellness.  The biologist in me is especially interested in how diet affects our bodies from a metabolic level.  My undergraduate degree is in Biology, and I have a master's degree in healthcare administration.   As a former hospital administrator, it used to grieve me when I would see medical institutions continually missing the mark on nutrition, and [ultimately] perpetuating further disease.  It brings me great joy to be able to share the knowledge I have acquired with others as stepping stones to a plant-based lifestyle and longevity.
