Ali's journey with weight began in childhood, battling obesity and bulimia, leading to years of unsuccessful dieting. Inspired by her parents' health struggles—her mother losing mobility to Multiple Sclerosis and her father's fight against heart disease—Ali sought lasting solutions. A turning point came with the book “How Not to Die” by Dr. Michael Greger, which introduced her to a plant-based lifestyle that set her free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting. This transformative choice not only improved her health but also motivated her to educate others. Ali is now dedicated to sharing her knowledge, hoping to inspire those willing to embrace healthier living for themselves and their loved ones.
