Food for Life Instructor

After struggles with chronic illness and obesity, Danielle changed her diet in 2022 to a whole food plant-based eating lifestyle. As she adopted this lifestyle, she was thrilled to experience weight loss and some health symptoms retreat. While she continues on her journey of health transformation to this day, Danielle has paid it forward by serving as a Lifestyle Mentor for others and by organizing monthly film screening events.
Growing up in Louisiana eating Creole cuisine, living in “cancer alley” and experiencing breast cancer herself, Danielle is now driven to share the power of plants with people including other cancer survivors — a testament to her commitment to public health and her belief in their ability to make positive change! To this end, she has become committed to cancer research and being a licensed Food For Life Instructor to motivate people to transition their eating lifestyle to better their health.
