Food for Life Instructor
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, Dayna has always been attracted to the food sector. Before becoming an RDN, she worked in restaurants for 20 years and has a passion for cooking. Her plant-based journey started in 2019 after meeting her vegetarian husband and wondering, “But where do you get your protein?” This question opened Pandora’s Box so wide, that she obtained a Master’s in Applied Nutrition to learn more.
Dayna sees "food as true medicine" just as PCRM believes in “prevention over pills.” Therefore, she is grateful for the opportunity to make an impact on the world of nutrition, health, and well-being as a licensed Food for Life Instructor.
