Diane Callaway

Diane L. Callaway is founder of Life is Delicious, a nonprofit organization that provides nutrition programming to underserved communities to increase awareness about the extraordinary impact of healthy food choices on our health and the environment. Diane is the owner of Delaware Vegfest, an annual event that brings people from the tristate area together for a day of fun, vegan food vendors and education. Diane has presented the Food for Life program to community colleges, State of Delaware agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, homeless shelters, public libraries, and local churches across the state of Delaware and beyond. She has also partnered with Delaware-based lifestyle medicine physicians. In 2022, Diane is opening the Wellness Salon, a new facility where medical professionals will present whole foods plant-based nutrition lectures and Diane and her team will deliver Food for Life classes, cooking demonstrations, and physical fitness classes. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult sons, and grandchildren.
