Heather Borders

Heather discovered the benefits of a plant-based diet in 2011 when searching for a solution to high cholesterol. The proof was in the lab work and after watching the cholesterol numbers drop for her and her husband. Inspired by her personal experience and similar stories of others around the country, Heather became a Food For Life Instructor in 2012. After watching so many people improve their health in Food For Life classes, Heather decided to go back to school and become a Registered Dietitian. She founded Kailo Nutrition in Jacksonville, Florida and currently loving every minute of her career change as a Registered Dietitian.  

Heather provides virtual Nutrition Counseling through Nourish Health and Wholistic Health with Dr. Monica Aggarwal. She is credentialed to see patients in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Oregon and a variety of other states that do not require licensure.
