Laura Rodriguez

Laura Rodriguez has been a passionate advocate of a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) lifestyle since 2017. She is certified in Plant Based Nutrition by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and as a Plant Based Chef by iNat (the Mexican Institute of Trophology). She received her bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She graduated from PCRM's Food For Life (FFL) training program in 2024 and currently teaches FFL classes and dedicates her time to spread the word on the power of WFPB nutrition for health primarily to the Latin American public through various communication channels. She recently completed a 200hr yoga teacher training and continues to study and integrate different areas of health into her expertise.
