After struggling with weight growing up on a Mediterranean diet, Maria moved to Scotland, where she discovered the power of a whole food, plant-based lifestyle through a documentary.
Driven by curiosity, she earned an AfN certified Advanced Nutrition Diploma and completed a Plant-Based Nutrition course at the University of Winchester.
As a vegan runner, Maria fuels her training with plant-based meals, packed with nutrients and flavour.
Maria specializes in helping people lose weight and gain energy without spending endless hours at the gym. She teaches how to enjoy filling meals using low-fat, high-nutrient ingredients, based on the principles of calorie density.
