Mary Montequin, MS (MFT)
Food for Life Instructor
Mary's passion lies at the intersection of helping people better understand their relationship with food and providing support to anyone interested in taking a nutritional approach toward chronic diseases by adopting a Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle. Having over 20 years' experience helping others understand and navigate core relationships in their lives, Mary has learned the most intimate relationship we will ever have is our relationship with food.
Mary has a profound personal story of the power of food and how it saved her life. The Food for Life classes she teaches here are the ones that helped reverse the chronic diseases that once controlled her life. These classes gave Mary the foundation on how to prepare and enjoy delicious nutritious recipes that she and her family thoroughly enjoy. She is now empowered to take control of her health from her very own kitchen. Mary's motto is, "It's never too late to change your plate."
