Rhonda Kivlin
Food for Life Instructor
Rhonda has seen first-hand the power of a plant-based diet, overcoming her own health challenges with heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver disease, gallbladder disease, and elevated lipids. She lost more than 50 pounds after committing to a whole food plant-based lifestyle, and at 58 enjoys spending time outdoors being active. Self-identifying as a “foodie,” she has successfully rewritten her own ideas on what being a foodie means, and as a Food For Life Instructor is excited to share with others the deliciousness that can come from plants.
Rhonda is currently working towards national certification as a health and wellness coach with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. She is a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and completed the Lifestyle Medicine for Coaches course through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She also holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
