Hi, my name is Robert Gerichten. I'm a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. I have been in the food service industry for more than 40 years. I am currently the GM of the dietary department at a local hospital. I have been following a plant-based diet since 2016. I continue to learn as much as I can about cooking plant-based, and I enjoy sharing this with as many people as I can. I also enjoy the outdoors and traveling.
