Good day everyone my name is Sharekka, everyone calls me Rudy. I have been vegan for 8 years. I am a mom and a business owner. I have an e-commerce health store called Moore Life and Health that makes homemade vegan soap, tinctures etc. I also have an in-home early childcare business. I have always loved to cook but now I love to cook healthy whole food plant-based meals that nourish the body.
