Dr. Loomis’ Recovery Shake Recipe

  • 8-12 oz tart cherry juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen kale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. chia seed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. powdered beet root or 1 small roasted beet
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. maca powder (optional)
