Fast-Food Restaurants Found in Majority of Medical-School-Affiliated Hospitals

Most American medical schools train their students in hospitals with at least one fast-food restaurant, according to a new study by the Physicians Committee. In a survey of medical students, nearly 70% indicated that the hospitals at which students rotate had at least one fast-food restaurant. Only 26% of medical students surveyed agreed that it is acceptable for fast-food restaurants to be in hospitals.
