Fish Oil Does Not Prevent Arrhythmias
Researchers found that fish oil does not reduce the risk of developing atrial fibrillation, the most common disturbance of heart rhythm. Similarly, vitamin D supplements have no protective effect against arrhythmias. The findings were published in JAMA.
