Plant-Based Diets Are Beneficial for Men’s Health

Plant-based diets have important health benefits for men, according to a new review published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. Avoiding animal products was found to be protective against prostate cancer. Evidence also suggests beneficial effects of plant-based diets on erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia, though more studies are needed.
