Soy Protects Against Breast Cancer
Higher levels of soy product consumption do not increase the risk of breast cancer recurrence and may, in fact, reduce the risk, compared with lower intakes, according to a review published this month. These findings are consistent with other studies showing a protective effect of soy products for survivors of breast cancer.
