Vegan Diets Protect Against Heart Disease
Vegan and vegetarian diets were found to be associated with a 15% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and an 8% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, according to a new review published in the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology.
