A Whole Food, Plant-Based Diet Improves Quality of Life for Women With Breast Cancer
A recently published randomized clinical trial found that a whole food, plant-based diet improved metabolic health in women with breast cancer.1 New results from the same clinical trial found that the women who ate the plant-based diet also had improved physical well-being, emotional well-being, cognitive function, and symptoms associated with breast cancer compared to the control group.2
