Redefining Research: However, there is still a need for high quantity, high speed production of 3D bioprinting for use in biological, chemical, and pharmaceutical research. With their high throughput 3D bioprinter, dubbed HT-3DP, these researchers have accomplished just that, demonstrating proof of principle in a rapid chemotherapy drug screen using 96 replicated samples of bioprinted cancer tissue.
