I live in the Jacksonville, Florida area.  Between my husband and myself we have six children.  Besides being a Food For Life instructor I am a behavior analyst.  I love to cook delicious, healthy meals and also love to show others how easy they can do this for themselves.  I also enjoy teaching the life changing benefits of following a healthy eating lifestyle.
