Food for Life Instructor
Kemeisha is a dedicated believer, wife, Registered Nurse, and mom of two. Early in her nursing career, she faced severe digestive issues that worsened during the pandemic, including acid reflux, GERD, gastritis, and a hiatal hernia. Unwilling to rely on PPIs or acid reducers indefinitely, she embarked on a mission to find natural remedies. Her research led her to embrace a Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle, which resolved her health issues naturally. To deepen her knowledge, Kemeisha completed the Rouxbe Online Culinary School Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Certification and became a Food for Life instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, helping others achieve wellness in her community.
