Invite Plants to Every Meal

This class is focused on African American girls aged 5-12 years old. Food For Life Instructor, Angelia Dickinson will prepare a food demonstration of the Green Monster smoothie for the children and encourage the children to invite plants to every meal. Since, heart disease is the number one killer of African Americans, and Cancer is the number two killer of African Americans, children must be educated on the health benefits of plant-based nutrition at an early age.
