This virtual 5 week series with focus on a vegan diet as a tool to prevent chronic disease and maintain a healthy weight with a focus on cooking and preparation, not medical advice. You will learn how to shift your eating habits rather than focusing on restricting food quantities. Benefits to you may include lower cholesterol, better diabetes control, lower blood pressure, and improved energy and mood.
The class format is outlined, with each 90 minute class featuring a video, discussion, and food demo. Recipes, informational materials and a survey for each class will be provided.
